Damaged or Defective Product

  • Return applicable within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Company will replace or repair the damaged/defective product.

General Returns

  • Customers wishing to return without specific reason:
    • Freight charges borne by the customer.
    • Refund issued after proper inspection of the returned product.

Packaging Requirements

  • Product accepted only in original box packing.
  • If original packing is unavailable:
    • Customer bears entire repacking expenses.

Refund Process

  • Refund processed only after receipt and proper inspection of returned goods
